FOOD AND BEVERAGE ORDERING
Our goal is that you and your guests are absolutely delighted with your experience at the Grand Prix of Louisiana. We strive to make every detail as smooth and comfortable for you as possible. In order to prepare for this event, we request that your order be placed for your suite by March 27, 2015.
Please notify us as soon as possible of any cancellations. Orders cancelled at least two business days prior to the event will not be charged. Orders cancelled after (2) business days prior to the event will be charged to the credit card on file
VIP SERVICES
Centerplate will make every effort to happily fulfill special requests. We would appreciate five business days notice for any special requests. Please contact us to discuss any special requests you or your guests may require.
BE A TEAM PLAYER . . . DRINK RESPONSIBLY
To maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the State of Louisiana, we ask that you adhere to the following.
* It is the responsibility of the suite holder or their representative to monitor and control alcoholic consumption within the suite.
* Minors (those under the age of 21), by law, are not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages
* It is unlawful to serve alcoholic berverages to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
* Suite attendants and bartenders are available to you as a requested service to monitor and serve alcohol within your suite.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE DELIVERY
We strive to deliver your order to your suite with premium freshness and with the highest quality. Some items may be delivered after you or your guests arrive to ensure freshness. If you a specific delivery time. we are happy to accommodate your request. Please call centerplate at 504.558.6278 to make delivery arrangements. Due to food safety precautions, we remove unconsumed food after three hours of exposure.
PAYMENT POLICY
All suite holders are asked to provide Centerplate wit a credit card number to be kept on file. This credit card will be used for all authorized pre-orders and, per your request,additional game day orders. Additional credit cards or cash can also be used for game day orders. On game day the suite holder will receive an itemized final summary detailing all pre-orders as well as all game day charges. The summary will be delivered to the suite holder prior to the fourth quarter. An 20% service charge & tax will be included. No portion of this charge is distributed to the employees providing the service. You are free, but not obligated to add or give a gratuity directly to your servers.
SUITE STAFFING
A team of Centerplate Suite Attandants will staff the Suite Level and are supervised by Suite Area Supervisors. It is their responsibility to ensure that your suite is set for your menu, that food and beverage orders are delivered promptly and to assist you on event day.
Private Suite Bartenders are available for a fee of $350 per attendant. Please let us know if you need a private bartender at least four (4) buisness days prior to the event.
