· Select Your Event via the “Place Order” link
· Select Suite Number
· Browse menu items, click on a menu item to expand and select “Add” to move to your shopping cart
· After adding your menu items, select “Calculate Total” for total charges
· Select “Submit Order” at any time for final review
· Registration page follows and allows you to login with your usual login OR create a login if you are a new customer
· Add payment information on next screen or select a credit card on file. Use “Card Identifier” to label your card. Credit cards are encrypted so you will need to identify which card you are using if you have entered multiple cards. The number does not appear on any document. Add the billing address to insure charges are captured.
· Enter special requests and event day contact in the Notes section of confirmation.
· After your review, confirm your acceptance of the Catering Policy by checking the box and then submit your order.
· You will receive an email confirming the order was placed. After Centerplate reviews your order, the order will be processed and confirmed. An itemized copy of your order will be emailed to you for approval. Please sign and return.
· Access “My Account” to change password, contact information and to review placed orders. You can duplicate prior orders from this location.
